Patch Notes - Build 410

Dearest Dressmakers,

This is another small patch, mostly focusing on some UX improvements.

• Improved UX to show that the component names are clickable in sketchbook

• Mouse wheel should no longer rotate panels in cutting room when mouse is over inventory

• You can now change the thread colour in the sewing scene (by clicking on the spools)

• Hovering over a panel in the inventory now displays a hint for where it goes on the mannequin

• Fixed a softlock in the tutorial when clicking the sketchbook before the bell

We'll be continuing to fix bugs and improve UX.
