Beneath Kusan’s neon skyline lies a city consumed by corruption, ruled by ruthless gangs and haunted by the scars of a war that never truly ended.

At the heart of it all is Jin, a former soldier who finds himself caught in a conspiracy that threatens the future of the entire city.

What begins as a routine job quickly spirals into something far greater when Jin crosses paths with Haru, a mysterious young girl pursued by forces far beyond the city’s criminal underworld.

This ruthless gang controls much of Kusan through fear, violence and intimidation, acting as the visible face of a conspiracy that reaches far beyond organised crime.

The reality is far darker.

Behind closed doors, Psions are being hunted and subjected to the secretive Limbus experiments, all in the pursuit of turning extraordinary people into living weapons.

As Jin uncovers the truth, he realises the battle for Kusan is far bigger than gangs or corruption.

Before Kusan descended into chaos, Hoban was Jin’s commanding officer. Together they fought through the horrors of war, trusting one another without question.

But the war changed everything.

After witnessing his comrades sacrificed by the very government they served, Hoban abandoned everything he once believed in. Consumed by revenge, he now seeks to destroy those responsible, regardless of how many innocent lives are caught in the crossfire.
